PROPERTY MINISTRY

The Property Ministry  is resposible for the General Maintenance of the church building and grounds.

 

General Maintenance:  This team works to keep the building and grounds an inviting place to come to Worship and study the Word. They keep things in good working order and make sure that the building is accessible for everyone

 

Once a month on the 1st Saturday of the month, for example, a group magically shows up to work on a special project. Some meet for breakfast first at 9 a.m. and others skip the breakfast and just come directly here. Any skills involved with building maintenance and repair: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, checking furnaces, etc. can be used here. Sometimes there will be cleaning tasks, or painting or weeding or window washing, etc.

 

Then again, you might have a skill needed for a single project. We often have projects that could use a volunteer for that particular project. Single project volunteers are also welcome.

If you like cleaning, gardening, fixing, puttering around the house or working on larger projects you may want to check this ministry opportunity out.  You can be as involved as you are able.
